The construction represents a modern composition available in a variety of models, shapes and archetypes.

The built area is 200 sq m, 150 sq m useful, Family I can be placed in mixed areas and can be adapted very easily. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, two rooms that can be used as offices or technical spaces, a bathroom and a terrace with a pergola made of wooden or metal beams and pillars. The living room was provided as a dominant element and makes this room a communication space with the minimal common rooms. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, with its own bathroom and dressing room, and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The facade at the back of the house is illuminated, the location in the land allowing this. Black folded sheet metal is applied to the facade and roof, and the volumetric elements and the cubist play of volumes make the architectural object a modern and conformable composition..
